A. Mohammed A. Foboi
I founded the Ducor Institute of Vocational and Technical Development (DEVT) out of a deep belief that every young person, regardless of background, deserves access to quality, practical education that leads to real opportunity.
In a world where formal education often leaves many behind, I saw a gap — a need for skills that empower. DEVT was born from the desire to bridge that gap and create a pathway from poverty to productivity.
Our Vision for Youth
My vision is simple: to equip our youth with the tools to become job creators, not just job seekers. Through hands-on training in technical fields, we are building a generation of innovators, artisans, and entrepreneurs.
Commitment to Community
At DEVT, we don’t just teach skills — we build character, foster integrity, and inspire service. Our mission extends beyond the classroom; it’s about transforming communities through sustainable growth, inclusion, and shared success.
Our Approach to Leadership
At DEVT, leadership is service, integrity, and empowerment.
Servant Leadership
We believe true leaders serve first. At DEVT, we build leaders who prioritize community, mentorship, and uplifting others.
Integrity
Leading with honesty, transparency, and accountability is non-negotiable. We model ethical behavior in every decision.
Innovation
We drive forward-thinking solutions in education — embracing new methods and technologies to prepare youth for the future.
